Updated Default Behaviour for Tax Certificate Fees

What's New

When adding a jurisdiction to a Sale matter, the Compliance Request (Tax Certificate fee) is now unselected by default.

Key Details

• Sale Matters: Prevents automatic Tax Certificate fees from populating on your Statement of Account, eliminating manual removals.  
• Purchase & Refinance: Unchanged—Compliance Requests remain selected by default.
