Added Dedicated Water Adjustment Options

What's New

You can now select Water as a standalone type when adding adjustments to a Statement of Adjustments.

Key Details

• Metered & Well Water: Defaults to "No adjustment" for simple setups.  
• Flat Rate: Enter a flat amount with start and end dates to automatically calculate pro-rated costs.
