Fire Insurance is now AI-powered automatically extracting 10 key fields from uploaded policies, including coverage details, policy numbers, and broker information. It even reads handwriting just like our APS automation making it easier than ever to pull accurate, reliable data from even the messiest scanned documents. By reducing errors and manual entry, it saves your team time and keeps matters moving faster so you can focus on what matters most.

Updated Matter Forms Library

We’ve rebuilt the matter forms library from the ground up, replacing outdated forms, verifying that all existing forms are the latest available versions, and adding several long-awaited additions like the full set of POLARIS registration forms. It’s now easier than ever for us to add or update forms instantly ensuring your team always works with the most current versions without any delays.

Notes Component Refreshed

One of the most-used features in Closer just got a little better. We’ve made small but impactful updates to modernize the notes component. The edit modal has been resized, the “+Add” button refined, and you can now pin or unpin notes with a single click.
